Personal Records
If you choose to register as a user with us you will be requested to provide certain information to allow us to contact you.
There are certain obligations to be agreed which are:
- You must not disclose your unique password to any third party and if written down, it should not be kept in a form such that could be guessed by anybody else.
- You must notify us immediately if the details are lost or stolen or forgotten and we will re-issue a new password.
- Until you do notify us, you will remain responsible for any instructions we receive and put upon in relation to a new quotation or an amendment to an existing policy.
- Full security is required to purchase a policy online for your safety.
- Please tell us as soon as you can if you find any failure, delay or error in any of our services, particularly sending or receiving instructions. We will use the information held on our records of your Internet instructions unless a clear mistake can be proven.
We will take all reasonable precautions to prevent any unauthorised access to our services and your records and ensure their use is secure. If however, in the event of fraudulent acts or negligence on behalf of the user which give rise to financial loss you will be responsible.
